This habit teaches us that our interactions with other human beings must always bring mutual benefit, no choice. The relation with our client has to be thinking on win – win, since if I win and my client loses I lose a client. There is no other option, even though within a short time some other options result in immediate profit or benefit, on a long-term will notice that are not effective and are damaging to both sides. The author of the book “The seven habits of highly effective people” explains that if after talking with the other side, a win - win agreement can not be reached, the only option is “No deal”.
